- How many guests can the accommodation host?
Our prices are counted for 2 guests, but the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 4. You’ll find full pricing details under Prices. - Are you open during the winter season?
Yes! The cabin is extra-insulated and equipped with heating A/C, electric underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove for maximum comfort. - When do we need to pay the full amount?
The full amount must be paid within 24 hours after booking. - Do you have cancellation terms?
Érkezést megelőző 15. napig díjmentesen törölhető a foglalás. Érkezést megelőző 14-7. napig 50% kötbér ellenében. Későbbi lemondás esetén nem áll módunkban pénzvisszafizetésre, illetve visszatéríteni. Ezt mind csak email-ben tudjuk elfogadni, a hello@blackpinecabin.hu címen. Kérjük ezek ismeretében foglald le szállásod időpontját. - Can we change our dates?
Yes — you can reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. - What’s included in the price?
Exclusive, full use of the cabin during your stay, plus: Full use of the garden, with BBQ/grilling option Use of the terraces. Use of the wood-fired hot tub and sauna. Coffee provided in proportion to the number of booked days. Towels and basic toiletries. A fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator.
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the agreed arrival date. Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM on the agreed departure date.
- Where can I find the accommodation?
Address: Szentendre – Irtás utca 34. „Black Pine Cabin” ( 47.70556, 19.07673 ) - Is parking available on site?
Yes, you can park right in front of the gate, in a shaded spot under a pergola. Up to two cars can fit one behind the other. - Where do I find the key?
Before arrival, we’ll send you an email with the code for the smart lock. The code becomes available after 2:00 PM, once cleaning is complete and the cabin is ready to welcome you.
- What’s inside Black Pine Cabin?
We designed the entire cabin to be comfortable and to provide everything you need for a truly relaxing stay.
- Custom-built furniture with plenty of storage (your clothes will fit comfortably)
- Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooktop, plus everything needed for cooking
- Microwave, coffee machine with capsules, and an electric kettle
- Sauna, hot tub (tub bath) and A/C for both cooling and heating
- Toiletries (liquid shower gel and shampoo) and towels
- Dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa, and two double beds with quality foam mattresses
- BBQ/grilling option, with dry firewood provided - Do you have a TV and Wi-Fi?
There’s no TV — we’d love these few days to be about slowing down, not screens.
Wi-Fi is available, and you’ll also have 5G-quality mobile internet coverage. - Is there air conditioning?
Yes — the A/C has both cooling and heating functions, and there’s an extra-quiet fan as well. - Is using the hot tub and sauna complicated?
You’ll receive clear instructions for using the sauna and heating the tub. Both the sauna and the hot tub are electric — because in winter the heat from a wood-fired system could damage the surrounding trees’ canopy.
- When do we need to pay?
The bank transfer must arrive within 24 hours after booking. International transfers: Please note that international bank transfers may take a few business days to arrive. In this case, please email us a payment confirmation/transfer receipt within 24 hours of your booking so we can keep your reservation active until the funds are received. If it doesn’t, the reservation will be cancelled. - How do we pay?

The transferred amount is usually credited within 24 hours. Once we receive it, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
- Fogadhatok kutyát a Black Pine Cabinben?
Igen, kis- és közepes testű kutyát (max. 25 kg) előzetes jelzéssel fogadunk. - Mennyibe kerül a kutya?
20 000 Ft / tartózkodás / kutya. - Van kaució?
Igen, kutyával érkező vendégeknél 50 000 Ft / foglalás visszatérítendő kaució fizetendő. - Mit kell megadnom foglaláskor?
A Megjegyzés mezőben: kutya fajtája/keverék és testsúlya (kg). - Hozzunk fekhelyet?
Igen, kérjük hozzatok saját fekhelyet a kutyának. - Hol tudjuk elhelyezni a kutya után a “csomagot”?
A kertben kijelölt helyen van lehetőség, biztosítunk kaki-zacsit és kislapátot. - Are there animals in the area?
Igen, a környék tele van természeti csodákkal! Gyakran lehet látni őzeket, szarvasokat, vaddisznókat, rókákat,
vadnyulakat, borzokat, valamint ritka madarakat és rovarokat is. Ha szerencséd van, még zöld gyík is előbújik a napfényben. - Is smoking allowed?
A házban és közvetlen közelében nem megengedett a dohányzás, mert a sok fa és bokor miatt fokozott a tűzveszély.
Kialakítottunk azonban egy kijelölt dohányzóhelyet, ahol kényelmesen hódolhatsz a szenvedélyednek, és ott helyezheted el a csikkeket is.

A szálláshely nyugodt és biztonságos környezetének megőrzése érdekében csak az előre bejelentett vendégeket tudjuk fogadni.
